Low temperature and low pressure molding technology: adopt sealing property of hot melt materials and its physical and chemical properties to achieve insulation, temperature resistance and other functions; after being packaged, the wire protects bonding points from external force pulling and the packaging division of DC electric connector and wire has functions of insulation, temperature resistance and impact resistance, ensuring the quality reliability of products; it will be constantly developed and applied to different products
Current requirements: high current, low current, signal level; determine the type of terminal / contact segment size / electroplate (pin and common terminal from 0.64mm and 8.0mm); steady state, cycle, transient wire diameter / insulation requirements: voltage drop and / or corrosion resistance; determine the center distance of connector
Temperature: the engine compartment - seal, ambient temperature >105oC, vibration, fluid compatibility, passenger compartment - non sealed, ambient temperature <85oC, size factors are more important
Seal: potential high pressure spray / splash; potential immersion; humidity; fluid type; for equipment connectors, check whether equipment is sealed
